31st OCt: i have recieve all top up payment for this except for muffin dolls. But i'm going oversea for emergency buisness tmr. will be back earilest 5th if all things go well. As i mentioned in my last update. I was charged twice for this order. Until know i do not know if it was by Mastercard or HMV. I have emiled HMV but i have not gotten a response. But no matter. I was told the amt will be returned in my account. But now the issue is the rate charged. It's at 1.69. the bank told me that theres nothing to do about it. This is charged by the system at the current rate at point of charge and it would not have errors. So at time of billing it was going at 1.69 per 100yen. O_o Please refer to the new table. I'm sorry to all for the high cost and troubles. Usually orders from HMv would be much cheaper. But due to sudden raising yen against the dollar within the last 2 weeks, cost have went up considerably. My card was charged when the yen was at it's strongest accroding to the bank. -_- So ya. i hope you guys understand i cannot absorb this amount. 27th oct 3.41AM: PLS KEEP ALL TOP UPS ON HOLD!!hey babes they are some issues on this billing for this batch. I just checked my statment. I was billed twice for this batch. One was processed while the other is still on hold. I just called the bank and they told me that this is a approved transcation. So hmv could claim it still. SO i have to contact HMV on this. Ordered from HMv a few times this never happened.
But there's another issue. The payment that HMV claimed is going at a rate of 1.69SD$ - 100yen! While talking to the bank i asked their yen rate. it's at 1.62. I changed the web it's at 1,63. EVen ing adding the 3% surchage it should be so high. I asked the bank about this. They said this is the what master card charged. Not them. i'm not sure if the rate did go any higher before finding thsi out. But i will check with master card.
i collected 1.3766SG$ - 100 YEN
Now it's going at 1.69 differnce of $0.31 per 100 yen!!! O_0
The rate of 1.51 was based on the pending charge i saw in my account. i do not undertsand why that amt was not claimed and i was recharged.
ive just email HMv, i will also call mastercard tomorrow. So pls keep all top up on hold until i clear this up.
And yes i will use bubble wrap for items. BUt i cannot be responsible if items break due to the postman. Even if things are sent via registered. I know registered mail is for not having items lost in mail. Not for damage control. Correct me if i'm worng.
